Wow - so it's September and it's got me thinking about whats happened this year and how I'm feeling now. I guess I should explain that my ex, Emma, cheated (a number of times over a few years), lied loads, treated me like crap and left me in March for the bloke she was cheating on me with - I've not said what happened before now and to be honest I don't know why not. I didn't do anything wrong and I've done the right thing throughout and kept my head held high however it's time to put this out here, out of my head and move on. This way I can really draw a line under everything.

Talking of moving on I have a number of new things to tell you all about: a new outlook on life - one that looks at the positives, explores new things and is careful before making a commitment; a new camera (a Cannon EOS 1000D) which should be with me soon and new pictures to share.

The past 5 months have been full of highs and lows and loads has happened. I've been busy getting my house sorted, getting a new lodger, meeting new friends and getting back in touch with old friends, developing further at work and, well, maybe there will be more exciting news here in the future.
